Static Trapeze

A solid bar hung by 2 ropes – pursuing static trapeze you will learn strength, grace and flexibility, as you climb and lift yourself around the apparatus to make amazing poses and shapes.

Aerial Hoop

A circular steel ring suspended from one or more points also known as a Lyra. The apparatus can be used static, spinning or swinging.

Silks

Two long pieces of strong fabric hung from a single point.  You will learn different methods to climb and hold yourself before progressing to challenging and dynamic drops.

Straps

This apparatus is made of two suspended cotton or nylon webbing. It involves wrapping the strap ends around hands or wrists or ankles, to perform holds, twists, rolls requiring strength and precision.

Doubles Trapeze

This apparatus shares similarities with static trapeze but uses a wider bar to accommodate two people. Moves can include static poses or one person being ‘a base’ who may lift, hold or swing another person as ‘the flyer’ through different positions.
