Doubles Trapeze

This apparatus shares similarities with static trapeze but uses a wider bar to accommodate two people. Moves can include static poses or one person being ‘a base’ who may lift, hold or swing another person as ‘the flyer’ through different positions.

“Aerial apparatus will work every muscle of your body – even the ones you don’t know you have!”
