Tumbling
Tumbling
Ever wanted to learn how to flip head over heels? Start acrobatics at your level learning basic body and aerial awareness to get you prepared to perform feats of balance and agility.
- Our classes utilise our trampoline, large floor mats and 8 metre air track to aid tumbling!
- Great for complete beginners, dancers and ex-gymnasts who want to add to their skill repertoire
Partner Acro
Partner and group acrobatics classes combine adagio, strength and balance to perform lifts and throws into poses and dynamic movements. This discipline requires care, body awareness and trust between partners which will all be discovered attending this class.
- No partner necessary
- This class caters for complete beginners of all shapes and sizes

Juggle Jam
Manipulation
Learn to physically interact with objects and hone your dexterity. Common objects we use include balls, clubs, rings, hoops, poi and devil sticks but we can teach you the same tricks with every day objects as well as unique items if you would like to bring them along as well.
This class can also cover unicycle, tight wire, stilt walking and even roller skating!
trampoline and wall running
Trampoline is great for perfecting spinning and twisting tricks. Whether you want to progress your skill and safety in the air for your local trampoline park or you want to improve your other passions such as flying trapeze, wake boarding and kite surfing, trampolining is a great way to progress your ability.
Sydney Trapeze School also has it’s own custom built trampoline wall with ledges of different heights and positions.

Handstands & Contortion
Balance is technically the ability to maintain the line of gravity from your center of mass. This class we will explore ways and shapes we can hold our balance which are more challenging than standing on our own two feet.
- More than just handstands, progress your body manipulation knowledge with many shapes and positions
- We have handstand blocks, canes, sliders, parallettes and tools to aid with training
Conditioning and Stretching
A class to give your body the edge! Use conditioning and stretching to supplement your course to increase strength, endurance and flexibility.
- Conditioning is a workout class that targets the core muscles to help you get into those difficult poses and shapes for your circus course
- Increase your range of motion as well as relax and rejuvenate your muscles with a stretch class
