Handstands and Balance | One Off Class
Balance works on your body awareness, strength and flexibility, and it requires a bit of them all to reach goals such as the handstand and beyond. There is a balance for everyone as we work our way up to achieving these goals!
In a class we will work on plenty of areas to improve your handstand including:
– How to kick up into inversion
– Falling safely
– Drills to improve other areas of balance
– Strength and muscle control exercising
