Teens Flying Trapeze Classes | Sydney Portugal Community Club

Flying Trapeze Classes (teens 2 hrs). This class caters for all levels and abilities. It starts with an introduction and warm-up games, followed by tuition on a low stationary trapeze bar. Students are then attached to their safety harness ready to climb up and swing off our 8 meter high platform. All students will have an opportunity to practice ‘Flying Tricks’ throughout the class. Classes end with the students attempting to be caught by a ‘catcher’ mid air if they are ready. Minimum 5 students. No weight restrictions.  The teens class caters for ages 13 to 18 years.
