Trampoline is great for perfecting spinning and twisting tricks and generally becoming more body and aerial aware. Whether you want to become more adept at trampoline itself or improve other hobbies such as flying trapeze, tumbling, wake boarding and kite surfing trampoline is a great way to bolster your skill set.
STS features its own custom trampoline wall which will open up a whole new array of skills to learn as part of your class. Trampoline is a great workout for building core stability.
Class sizes range from 1 – 4 people.
