Tumbling | One Off Class
Monday 1930 – 2030 | Saturday 1500 – 1600
An exciting class where we teach movement basics such as rolls, cartwheels and round-offs to build a range of motor and coordination skills. Progressing beyond this, you will tackle more advanced skills including flips, somersaults, and handsprings.
This class caters for all levels and with access to training aids such as mats, mini trampolines and air track you will rapidly improve your body awareness and agility.
