SATURDAY | 1430 – 1600
An exciting class where we teach movement basics such as forwards and backwards rolls, cartwheels & round-offs to build a range of motor and coordination skills. Progressing beyond this, you will tackle more advanced skills including flips, somersaults, and handsprings.
Our class caters for all levels. With access to training aids such as mats, mini trampolines and air track this is a great class to rapidly improve your body awareness and agility.
