Purchasing
When purchasing directly from sydneytrapezeschool.com, products and classes displayed on the website can be purchased using a secure MasterCard and Visa facility. Customers can be confident that all their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used for the purpose of the transaction fulfilment only. All prices are in AUD.
Security
We use a secure payment gateway operated by a 3rd party to process the collection of credit card details for online orders. Customers placing their credit card details on our site will be doing so in an SSL secure environment operated by the 3rd party, e-Path an Australian payment gateway provider. Credit card details are not stored or maintained on Sydney Trapeze School servers. The Payment gateway enables us to offer a safe and efficient online shopping experience.
Refund Policy
Bookings Rescheduling
Bookings will not be refunded after payment, only unless a class is cancelled by Sydney Trapeze School Pty Ltd directly. Any cancellations by clients are non-refundable. Any rescheduling of one-off classes requires a minimum of 24 hours notice before the booked class, group bookings will require 1 weeks notice, otherwise the client will lose his/her payment and no refund is offered. Classes purchased as part of a term course cannot be rescheduled.
Discounted Products or Classes / ‘3rd Party’ Vouchers or Gift Certificates (Purchased from a ‘3rd Party’ or group buying website)
All products or classes that are purchased at a discounted rate are non-refundable. The ‘Fine Print’ expressed on the voucher is final. ‘3rd Party’ vouchers or gift certificates need to be booked and attended by the expiry date stated, no exceptions or extensions will be offered past the stated expiry date.
Weather Cancellations
Where outdoor classes are cancelled from Sydney Trapeze School within the first 30 minutes from the scheduled class time due to wet/hot weather, the students will be credited one full class that must be completed within 3 months from the date of the class that was cancelled. If the class is cancelled after 30 minutes from the scheduled class time, no class will be credited.
This excludes ‘3rd Party’ vouchers they must reschedule before the expiry date of the voucher. If the class is cancelled after 30 minutes from the scheduled class time, no class will be credited.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates will not be refunded after payment. Certificates are valid for 36 months from the purchase date unless stated otherwise (discounted gift certificates often hold a shorter expiry date marked on the gift certificate). Classes must be booked and attended by the expiry date. The person attending the class must be the named person on the gift certificate unless stated otherwise. Cannot be redeemed on public holidays. Gift Certificates cannot be transferred or exended.
Class Passes
Class Passes (5 Class Pass, 10 Class Pass & 20 Class Pass) are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Class Passes (5 Class Pass, 10 Class Pass & 20 Class Pass) are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and no extensions will be offered after the expiry date. Cannot be redeemed on public holidays.
Merchandise
Clothing may be exchanged by returning them in new condition with tags and receipts within 3 weeks of the original purchase date.
Testimonials and Photographs
All information submitted as testimonials, and all photographs or videos submitted to Sydney Trapeze School may be made publically accessible on our website and in any other of our media content, they may also be shared with the press or other media.
