This Aerial Hammock Class is for all levels – Increase your strength, grace and flexibility, as you manoeuvre the fabric and move your body into amazing, beautiful poses and shapes. Students learn to create graceful shapes, dramatic drops, and beautiful sequences while experiencing the excitement and fun of learning this circus apparatus students.
